My go to car dealer I saw a certified pre-owner car on the website. It matched all the criteria we had for a car for our teenage sons. He requested the car be brought to us below the overhang since it was raining. it was exactly as described and clearly well maintained. We took it for a test drive and worked out a deal to our liking with Jean and his manager Orlando. They were willing and able to negotiate to our fair and reasonable price, because we have purchased 4 cars prior over the years. Our loyalty was appreciated and rewarded. we are so pleased that we were able to make this haggle-free purchase from Paul Miller Honda for our boys. This is why we will certainly go back again for future car purchases! More

Absolutely took advantage of me DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a BMW here and when I drove the car off of the lot that day, there were two error lights alrea DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a BMW here and when I drove the car off of the lot that day, there were two error lights already on. I was rushed off of the lot with the error lights unchecked as they were closing. I took the car to the gas station on my way home where they told me that one of the tires HAD A NAIL IN IT. I had to make trips back to Paul Miller Honda and Paul Miller BMW to get the errors remedied- a waste of time and money. Due to a loud noise in the AC a few weeks after purchase, I brought the car to BMW Ramsey (as I had lost confidence in Paul Miller by this point) where they identified roughly $2,500 worth of repairs, some of which make it dangerous to drive my car. This dealership took advantage of me, sold me a piece of trash, and are now declining to pay for the repairs. Tell everyone you know, do not trust Paul Miller. More
