Exceptional Customer Service I was greeted by a friendly service advisor. Explained what work will be done and kept me listed on the progress. After the service was done he explained what need to according to Honda maintenance schedule. It was easy to make appointment and the service area is great with free wi fi and bagels and coffee. Overall I had very pleasant experience and will be coming to Paul Miller Honda for my maintenance needs. More

He made things happen! I am very fortunate to have had Jose as a salesman! Some service reps helpful, others not so much The service rep. I dealt with recently seemed trustworthy. The female rep. I had two times before was not. She exaggerated an issues with the car. She acts like everything is an emergency when it is not. I overheard her using the same scare tactics with another customer she used on me. ("You don't want to wait too long, etc.) My bills were high when I worked with her. Wondering if this kind of dishonest behavior is encouraged by the dealership in performance reviews, etc. More
