He made things happen! I am very fortunate to have had Jose as a salesman! He never gave up on me getting the car I wanted and he showed me right off the bat what car would I am very fortunate to have had Jose as a salesman! Some service reps helpful, others not so much The service rep. I dealt with recently seemed trustworthy. The female rep. I had two times before was not. She exaggerated an issues with the car. She acts like everything is an emergency when it is not. I overheard her using the same scare tactics with another customer she used on me. ("You don't want to wait too long, etc.) My bills were high when I worked with her. Wondering if this kind of dishonest behavior is encouraged by the dealership in performance reviews, etc. More
