I would not recommend Paul Miller. Bought a car from them about a month ago. 100% satisfied with the car and the price. But the dealership and the service are sub-par to say the least. They do not know how to return phone calls, and have a terrible post-sale customer relationship. Went to the dealership to look for a certified pilot. The sales guy asked for my drivers licence for the test drive and basically holds it for hostage while he does his whole sales pitch. I had planned to visit all the dealerships in the area and see what I liked best. This guy actually thought I was going to buy the car that day after driving it for 5 minutes. On top of that, they only had one on the lot and it was very high in milage. Then in despiration he tries to sell me some random Chevy they have sitting there. He wasted 2 hours of my day when it could have taken 20 minutes. More

My wife and I went in on a Wednesday night close to closing and was shown a 2010 Honda Odyssey. We were given a lease price of $388\month with $1500 down for 36 months \ 12K a year. We went home and returned on Saturday morning to purchase the car only to be given the price of $488\month for the same car. When asked why it changed we were told it was a mistake. After complaining to the manager - Justin, he gave the price of $439\month. Leaving there angry and feeling slighted, I put aside the differences and went in on Monday to purchase the vehicle. This time we were given a price of $475\month for 39 months \ 12K a year. When we questioned management again we were told they sell 250 cars a month and mistakes are made. I don't know about you, but if I ever made this amount of mistakes at my job I would be fired immediately. More
We came into the dealership two days ago ready, willing and able to buy for cash. When we came in the receptionist was busy talking away about personal matters to another employee. After standing in front of her for 5 minutes she finally asked if we need help. She then paged any available sales person. No response. Every 10 or 125 minutes for the next 40 minutes we went back to her for another page. At no time did anyone ever come to assist us. After 45 minutes we left and purchased our vehicle from another Honda dealer. Needless to say I would never patronize this dealership. More

I had leased a 2006 Honda Accord from Honda of Essex and was very unhappy with the experience. When it was time to turn in that car, we were lucky enough to be able to work with a very professional, honest was very unhappy with the experience. In the past, most of my experiences buying a new auto have not been great ones, and when I was going out to purchase a vehicle for my daughter I expected the same type of experience. To my surprise I was fortunate to visit your dealership, although I had previously purchased a vehicle at that location, the dealership was now under new ownership (Paul Miller Honda). I was even more fortunate, getting Louis Gentile as my salesperson. Lou is one of the most knowledgeable and professional salespersons I have met. I felt that Lou’s priority was to make sure both I and my daughter were completely satisfied with the auto we chose. He patiently listened to our questions regarding what we were looking for in a vehicle and as I said before he answered every question without hesitation. Lou was very courteous to my whole family and was genuinely concerned that we were happy. He located the exact vehicle we wanted. Even when we came to pick the car up Lou again went out of his way to be sure we were 100% satisfied and spent as much time as we needed to go over the vehicle with my daughter and to make sure she completely understood how everything worked before driving away with the vehicle. With personnel like Lou I am sure your dealership will thrive, even in the current economy. I will not hesitate to recommend Lou and your dealership to any of my friends or family who mention to me that they are interested in purchasing a new Honda.
