Jose V. made this process smooth and exceptional. Nothing compared to other dealerships with their fast talk. He made sure I understood every step. I love that I didn't have to go to the dealership and wait compared to other dealerships with their fast talk. He made sure I understood every step. I love that I didn't have to go to the dealership and wait hours but instead he guided me to find the application on Paul Miller Honda's website. I also liked the interface of the website compared to other dealerships (no lag at all). Thank you for customer service with grace! More
BUYER BEWARE - this dealership touts the "Paul Miller Difference." The "Difference" from other dealers is that this dealer claims to be "different." Sadly, in our experience, this dealer is just as slimy Difference." The "Difference" from other dealers is that this dealer claims to be "different." Sadly, in our experience, this dealer is just as slimy as others. The dealership and its website state that it takes appointments. However, the dealership does not honor scheduled appointments gives NO indication of this to customers who set them! Here is what happened to us. On a Friday evening, at about 6:15pm, we called and set an appointment for 11am on Saturday to look at a particular vehicle. (The timing was due to being 2+ hours away, which the scheduler knew.) We asked if there was anything we needed to know other than the requirement to mask,. The scheduler said only to bring our Driver's Licenses and title to our car if trading it in; he said NOTHING about "first come, first served" or that a deposit would be required to "honor" the scheduled appointment. The dealership "confirmed" our appointment by email at 8am on Saturday. At about 9:30am, we replied that we were on the way and on time. About 20 minutes later, the dealership replied to us "No problem." When we arrived at 10:45am, we were told by the initial "associate" to sit with us, that someone else had shown up a little before we arrived, been shown the car and MIGHT be buying it; the dealership operates on a "first come, first served" basis and that we should have paid a deposit if we had wanted the dealership to hold the car. After waiting well past our 11am scheduled time, yet another employee (who didn't bother to even introduce himself or provide his name - gee, I wonder why....?) finally came over and told us the car was sold. When we expressed our frustration at not being forewarned of the "first come, first served" policy with appointments and the need to put down a deposit to honor our appointment, he contradicted the first "associate," saying that the dealership does not take deposits to hold vehicles. And then, just to rub salt in the wound, the "associate" we first met when we arrived at the dealership emailed us about an hour after we left the dealership, offering to share additional paperwork about "the vehicle we looked at." Regardless, we wasted 4.5 hours of time between driving there, waiting and driving home. We put over 200 unnecessary miles on the car we are planning on trading in, thus reducing its trade-in value by about $50. We spent over $50 in gas and tolls. All of this because the "Paul Miller Difference" is to tell you the dealership is "different" when it's just as sleazy as others. Shame on Paul Miller Honda. BUYER BEWARE! More

Dominic was absolutely amazing! He kept us up to date on my car and even found a missing key I needed that was never given to me from the other dealership. This would have saved me the headache of having my my car and even found a missing key I needed that was never given to me from the other dealership. This would have saved me the headache of having my car towed instead on my tires just being changed, but it all worked out! Thank you again Dominic for doing right by me and my car and for your great customer service! More
