In 1953, Paul E. Miller bought a Ford dealership on Main Street in Lexington, Kentucky.
More than 70 later, that dealership has evolved into the Paul Miller Motor Company: a 27-acre campus with three dealerships, body shops, an upfitting service, an auto glass repair company, dent repair service, and truck service. We're now in our third generation of Miller ownership and leadership. Every business in the Paul Miller family is devoted to providing a five-star experience to every customer and continuing to build a relationship with every person who walks through the door.

At Paul Miller, I received customer service that far exceeds any of the other dealerships I’ve visited in Lexington. Barry Wilson at Paul Miller handled my car buying experience from my first phone call to the minute I drive off the lot. He and the staff at the dealership were professional, courteous, patient, friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure I was driving off the lot in the vehicle I truly wanted. I will be recommending Paul Miller Ford and Barry Wilson to anyone I know seeking a car in the Lexington area. The inevitable stress of buying a car was hugely alleviated by the staff’s low pressure to buy and high knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in. Paul Miller Ford (and Barry Wilson) Saved Me! I was on vacation near Lexington, KY, when my Ford Escape broke down, and the repairs would have been more than I was willing put back into that vehic I was on vacation near Lexington, KY, when my Ford Escape broke down, and the repairs would have been more than I was willing put back into that vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Barry Wilson and he secured a solid turn-in value for it and helped me pick an awesome vehicle to drive off the lot that same day! The level of customer service I received was bar-none the best I've had from the automotive industry in my lifetime! Barry even went so far as to offer food and drinks for me at their café, on his dime! And get this, the vehicle I purchased ended up having an issue with the oil filter housing a week or so after driving off the lot, and Paul Miller Ford completely paid for the repairs at a Jeep Dealership in Michigan where I live! These guys and gals are amazing! If they're willing to take such good care of a customer that most likely won't be returning due to geography, they'll most definitely take good care of you as well! Thank you Paul Miller Ford, and especially Barry Wilson! More
