I've been driving BMW's since 2002; YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST ! Best BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT !! 😁 Needed my X5 served ASAP, as I was leaving in 24 hours for a LONG DRIVE to Killington, Vermont ....... Best BMW SERVICE DEPARTMENT !! 😁 Needed my X5 served ASAP, as I was leaving in 24 hours for a LONG DRIVE to Killington, Vermont ....... Joanne got my appointment in that same night; where I dropped off my car - got loaner- 24 hours later OFF TO VERMONT IN MY X5 !! The Service team was awesome....... Terrible customer service I had purchased two prior BMW's at this dealership but recently when I went in for a new car it was very frustrating.
