Very Rude sales people. When we got our "new", used (A 2009), car home I found that it had totally the wrong size tires on the back, the dealer put new tires on it. They also changed the oil, the windshi 2009), car home I found that it had totally the wrong size tires on the back, the dealer put new tires on it. They also changed the oil, the windshield sticker proves it, and they put in way, 2 quarts, too much oil. They NEVER cleaned under the floor matts, the back seat floor had BARF under the matt! I shampooed the seats and the water came out BLACK! The Floors were just as bad!! The dealer never cleaned them. I have also found where they ONLY cleaned what they could see when standing back and looking into the car...... the digital clock was FILTHY, it had food all around and on it!! How can we TRUST a dealer that can't even put on the correct size tires, put in the correct amount of oil with an oil change, or even clean a car correctly? Find another dealer Folks, Paul Miller Ford Can Not Be TRUSTED to do it right. More

My husband and I arrived at the dealership an hour before closing and were basically pushed out the door. We were given an extremely low estimate of the value of our trade-in ($5000 for a 2003 Olds Alero) w closing and were basically pushed out the door. We were given an extremely low estimate of the value of our trade-in ($5000 for a 2003 Olds Alero) without them knowing anything about the car(there excuse was that they had 4 2004 olds aleros on the lot for under 10,000, which we later found out to be a lie) and given a payment on a vehicle when they knew nothing about our credit. The salesman was very unprofessional and knew nothing about the rebates available or anything about the vehicle we were interested in. As soon as it became apparent that they did not want our business at 8:30 at night, we walked to our car. The saleman then ran to his car and left. We contacted customer service the next day and was told that they had no record of us even being there and to expect a call from either a sales manager or customer service manager the next day. We did not receive a call from either one. My husband then called two days later, and they had no record of us calling to file a complaint. Finally, the ford manager called us and tried to talk us into coming back to work out a deal. Of course, we declined. He pointed out that we were there late in the evening. My husband then ended the phone call with this statement: Whether we were there at 8:30 in the morning or 8:30 at nite, we should be treated the same-with the utmost respect. I would not recommend this dealer to even my worst enemy. More
I went in 1 hour before closing time and test drove a MX3 with 6 miles on it. I told the salesperson that I would come back the next day during my lunch break to fill out all the paperwork. When I came bac with 6 miles on it. I told the salesperson that I would come back the next day during my lunch break to fill out all the paperwork. When I came back the next day at lunch, the vehicle had an additional 137 miles on it because they had let another sales person, who lived an hour away, drive the vehicle home. After negotiating a price, when I went to pay cash for the vehicle, the dealership was charging $347 for "license, title transfer and processing fee". I happen to know that the cost for the license is $15.00 and title transfer is $6.00, which means that the remaining $326 is the processing fee, which translates to additional profit for the dealership. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. More
