Paul Miller Ford and Ransom Griffey proved me wrong about buying a car. I was very hesitant to begin car shopping because I was scared of being pressured into a decision. Ransem took his time with me to answer all my questions. I was very nervous about making such a big decision since I hadn't had a car payment in 5 years. He was very patient and honest which are two qualities I want in a salesperson when making such a big decision/purchase. Ransom made sure the car was in top shape before I made the decision to purchase the car (carpet cleaned, etc). Everyone I came into contact with at the Used side of Paul Miller including Paul Miller himself were very kind and courteous to me. My first day browsing cars in the parking lot I had the pleasure of meeting Paul Miller and Ransem Griffey. They were both very kind to me and I would highly reccomend that when you are ready to make a purchase to shop here. Overall my expectations were beyond met and I will definatley shop here again. I am loving my 2010 Ford Edge :). Thank you for making such a big decision feel like a good one. More

Everything was very pleasant except when you ask questions in finance .example-why are there charges listed for Huntington Bank ,but nothing listed to explain why the 299.00 charge-199.00 charge. As a first time car buyer, I felt that I was taken seriously. Fred listened to what I wanted and and did everything in his power to make my request come true. I am very happy with my new car. My only frustration is not knowing the actual price of the car until signing papers. Could I perhaps found a similar car with more miles, slightly cheaper, probably.
