Charlotte was wonderful!!! My husband and I came in looking to get me a car and she worked extremely hard to get us a car that would work for us. She did double duty working trying to get us at a payme looking to get me a car and she worked extremely hard to get us a car that would work for us. Whenever I go to get another car I would absolutely go back to her again, she was honest and forthright in all her dealings with us!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!!!!! More

I went in to Paul Miller Auto cognizant of my options credit-wise, and did not believe I'd find a vehicle whose numbers would fit my needs. Boy was I wrong! Brittain was pretty up front regarding financi credit-wise, and did not believe I'd find a vehicle whose numbers would fit my needs. Boy was I wrong! Brittain was pretty up front regarding financing options and with that out of the way, we looked at several vehicles that would potentially work for me, and I test-drove two. I settled on a 2008 Mazda 6, signed all the paper work and drove away that day (thanks Brittain!) The price for the car was good; although it was above the car's "value" given its history, the price worked for me, financing is flexible (I have options in coming months) and car dealers are NOT charities. What I appreciate most was Brittain being honest and direct in our transaction. That and a healthy side of friendly! If all auto sales people conducted themselves as Mr. Gill did, perhaps the industry would not have such a bad reputation. More

My car was recently totaled in a hit-and-run accident and I was desperately needing a replacement. I stopped by Paul Miller, on Sunday afternoon, to take a look at the used cars they had avaliable. Shortly I was desperately needing a replacement. I stopped by Paul Miller, on Sunday afternoon, to take a look at the used cars they had avaliable. Shortly after I began wandering through the lot, Shawn appeared and asked if I had any questions. I explained my situation and told him what it was exactly, that I was looking for. Shawn was more than helpful! He showed me several different cars that matched my wants and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, my champagne taste did not match-up with my recent college grad, beer budget. I was feeling very discouraged and ready to leave, but Shawn assured me he could find something I would love and be able to afford. The next morning, Shawn called and said he had a few cars he wanted me to take a look at. I was unable to find a ride to the dealership, so Shawn came out of his way to bring the car to me! He was right; The car he brought, I ended up buying! The car is amazing and I love it more by the minute. Everyone at Paul Miller was so helpful and Shawn worked extremely hard in making sure I found something I not only loved, but could also afford. I was extremely nervous beginning this car search on my own. My parents no longer live here in Kentucky, so we were limited to back-and-forth phone calls throughout this process. Shawn assured my dad he would take good care of me and not to worry. My dad could not be happier with the outcome! I know my entire family would 100% recommend Shawn and Paul Miller to anyone looking for a car. More

Barry helped my wife and I customize our car search right from the start. His answers were simple and timely. We were able to find the exact 2012 Focus and 2012 Mustang we were looking for, even if they were from the start. His answers were simple and timely. We were able to find the exact 2012 Focus and 2012 Mustang we were looking for, even if they weren't readily available at the Paul Miller lot. Even when issues arose (as they will with any car sale) Barry was respectful and sincere, and he was able to solve any problems and get us all the features we were looking for, or more, at no additional price (since we had already agreed on a price and he stuck to it). When I asked, he was even able to give me a fair trade-in value on my 2006 Mustang, since we were purchasing 2 new cars. Of course, no sale is perfect, and there were some paperwork issues and problems with the bank's cooperation, but I'd be quicker to blame the bank and not Paul Miller Ford. Admittedly, our circumstances were not necessarily common, but in the end, we own 2 new cars, and at a financing rate we are happy with. More
