Hello i just bought a 2011 f 150 from the auto outlet. I emailed james haney about a used ford ranger he worked with me on it with Greg Settles and got the best price he could. Then i started looking at the price of a new one and they didnt have a 5spd v6 in stock which was what I was wanting.So i test drove a auto v6 and i wanted more power.I let him know that i usually work long hours six days a week and wouldnt get only but sunday off to get the truck he said he would deliver it for me and i live three hours away.That really surprised me that a salesperson would go that far. ..So since i wanted more power I test drove a f 150But i wanted a CD player in it so they are going to schedule me in an appioment to get a cd player installed. By the time i got done test driving it was past closing time..most car lots that ive ever been to would try to push me away at that time of the night especially on a saturday night when he James and Greg would want to go spend time with there families..I ended up buying the truck at almost eleven oclock and ill have to say that the best service iv ever seen in my life..and i used to work retail.. they were honest from the start and truley the best salesmen that ive ever been around...Ill for sure come back to James Haney and Greg Settles to buy my next truck..All beign said and done i was wanting to buy a used ford ranger and end up buying a f 150 that i am so pleased with..Thanks again to James Haney and Greg Settles for there amazing service I couldnt be anymore happier More

Charolette did an excellent job locating us a vehicle that fit our family needs as well as our finances. We first contacted her over the phone to inquire about the possiblity of trading in our vehicle f that fit our family needs as well as our finances. We first contacted her over the phone to inquire about the possiblity of trading in our vehicle for a vehicle that was more econimical on gas. She worked diligently to find us a vehcile before we made the hour drive to her. The day we were able to come to see the vehicles she suggested she was off but made herself available to us. At that time we were still in the process of looking. She continued to try to locate a vehicle we would be satisfied with. Within a week she had found us one. Yet again she was off on the day we could come purchase the vehicle. She came in on her off day and stayed until the deal was complete (which was 9 pm). We were very pleased with her customer service and determination. We will definately send friends and family to her for future purchases. We hope we will not need to purchase a vehicle for a long while but if we do our first call will be to her. Thanks Charolette! More
