Avoid this dealership! I came to this dealership to purchase a new car and left very unsatisfied. The salesman continuously changed his story and the price of the car I was looking at. When I finally settled on a car I found out the car had over 500 miles on it but they did not disclose this until the deal was almost made. When I told the dealer that wasn't acceptable and told them the car I wanted instead they said they couldn't give that to me. I took my business to Cincinnati and was much happier. I got a better deal than Pail Miller, got to pick my exact car, and received excellent customer service! Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with these people. It's people like this that give car salesman a bad name. More

I was hoping to deal with Paul Miller Ford/Mazda because I have purchased another car there before and was very happy with the service. However after meeting Derrick and Owen and their management team I wa I have purchased another car there before and was very happy with the service. However after meeting Derrick and Owen and their management team I was hoping we could reach an agreement on price so that I could deal with them in the long term. I emailed this morning regarding a price for a 2011 Toyota Sienna. 8 hours ago Derek Dudgeon emailed to tell me that I would receive photos and the information requested. I called his number about 3 pm and he answered. He told me that he had been very busy and that he would call back with that information in just a few minutes. 3 hours later, nothing. It should not be that difficult to tell a customer what your price is on a vehicle. And, it especially should not more than a day to do it. I guess he must be so busy that he doesn't need a sale or he doesn't care about customers who make contact via the internet. Either way, I am very disappointed. I chose to contact this dealer based on the majority of the positive reviews that they received. I am sorry to say that it looks like I made a mistake. More
Derek was fantastic to work with. We live in Asheville, NC and started with our local dealer, but they did not have what we wanted. We wanted a specific color and trim of the 2013 CX-5. I put out an email NC and started with our local dealer, but they did not have what we wanted. We wanted a specific color and trim of the 2013 CX-5. I put out an email inquiry and Derek responded within 24 hours. We went back and forth by email at least 20 times, until we negotiated just the right deal including a trade in for our car. Derek sent a driver with the car to Asheville so we did not have to come and get our car, we signed all the paperwork, and the driver gave us our keys, and drove our trade in back to Kentucky. Pretty much a seamless transaction. Thanks to Derek and Mazda for making this so easy for us to purchase our first Mazda. More

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Paul Miller three years ago, and the paint it starting to come off the roof of the car. I went to get it looked at so that the warranty for corrosion would cover it, and I l ago, and the paint it starting to come off the roof of the car. I went to get it looked at so that the warranty for corrosion would cover it, and I learned that it is not factory paint--therefore it is not covered. Paul Miller did not inform me that my car had been repainted, and now I am being price quoted at $962.00 for something that should not be happening in the first place. While the salespeople were friendly, I can honestly say it must all be a good act to sell any and everything off their lot. I will not go back to the dealership for the purchase of my next vehicle.
