Ken Finn and the rest. I called to check on a vehicle I saw on the web site. Ken took the call, I rode up there to see the car, he was expecting me. From the time I pulled o I called to check on a vehicle I saw on the web site. Ken took the call, I rode up there to see the car, he was expecting me. From the time I pulled on the lot, (quite a confusing lot) I might add. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ken spent several hours with me allowing me to test drive what I thought I wanted to what I really wanted. He was never pushy or did he make me feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. Honest and a true gentleman. Thanks Ken and Paul Miller for making buying my brand new 2014 Ford Mustang an even better experience than I could have imagined. I love the car and I tell everyone I know where I got it and how I was treated. Being in the customer service business myself, it was truly a great experience. I will go back, you can bet. More

Sales Rep Customer Service Matt Cornett was a true professional and he and I hit it off immediately. Matt was never "pushy" and he took my wants (they were really my wife's wants) and showed me the vehicles that met the requirements and never suggested any vehicle above and beyond what we wanted. That was awesome! Throughout the shopping experience, Matt was constantly concerned for my family's well being such as drinks, food, restroom needs and also transportation around the shopping lot, he wouldn't allow us to walk anywhere at anytime. When my family and I chose a vehicle, Matt took the time to provide a complete and thorough training session on how to operate every "toy" installed. Matt is well adversed in how to operate all the electronics installed and he never skipped a beat when giving operational instruction. Matt's best work was displayed during the "wheeling and dealing" time of the purchase. He would always look at me and say "let me see what I can do, I'll go to bat for you." In conclusion, Paul Miller Ford was a great automobile buying experience and their customer service was tops. I would definitely recommend family and friends to make Paul Miller their first stop in the future. But Paul Miller Ford certainly wouldn't be who and what they are without Matt Cornett...... More

I don't think I could ever buy a vehicle from here. I After seeing the review below, management went above and beyond to fix this situation. While I did end up purchasing a car from another dealer, I do believe that Paul Miller will make every effort to be sure nothing like this ever happens again. I don't think I could ever buy a vehicle from here. I am physically disabled and walk with an assistive device. First, I went to the Mazda lot and looked around. No one ever came to ask if they could help. I then went down to the Pre-owned lot to look. I had to go into the "showroom" to get onto the lot. OK. The sales person did not offer to help me look at anything. When I asked if it would be possible to drive around the lot instead of walking (for obvious reasons) he did tell me how to get into the lot. I drove around the lot looking at several small SUVs. Again, no assistance. Then, out of the blue, some sales person in a big red Chevy Avalanche rolls up behind me and yells at me, "What are you doing here?" I explain that I'm looking for a small SUV. He asks if I am trading in the one I'm driving. When I say no, he asks how I'm planning to drive two cars. I told him my husband will be driving the existing car. He then says "Well, you know what happens when you assume. Make an xxx out of you and me." Then he hit on me anyway. Then asked if I have time to do paperwork. Even offered to let me "stroke a check and hold it" if I wanted. I told him when I purchase I will count $100 bills to the seller. He then said I'll go drop off this ice cream (he was eating a Blizzard from DQ) and be right back. I left before he had the opportunity to "help" me anymore. Y'all I can not make this up. Sorry Paul Miller. I will take my cash money sale elsewhere. I might be a woman, but I guarantee I know more about cars than most of the still wet behind the ears sales people you have. And I will be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. More
