He allowed me look at the car I wanted, drive it and tell him what I was looking for. He had answers to my questions and if he didn't know, he would find out for me. If there were any issues throughout the process, he was there with me to make sure that they were resolved. Thanks Mark, for making my experience a great one! More

He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were completely satisfied. I purchase my first Ford from you in 1993 Tempo with salesman Geoff Grimes who was awesome as well. There was no doubt in my mine that I wanted to purchase another car with Paul Miller Ford. So I called to inquire about the sale that said you had 30 cars available and Christy (I believe is her name) never called me back, after telling me she would call me in 15 ins.I was somewhat disappointed with the sale that was going on in July. I travel from GA just to purchase a car. So I didn't get the Ford Focus for the $13,990 that was being advertised. It would have been nice but I'm thankful for the blessing that was much needed. The discount I did receive I'm okay with that. I feel that it should have been honored anyway. In the future, so that other customers want be disappointed, make sure that the fine print on the sales flyer is BIG enough for all to see and not under mine the consumer when they come in to inquire about the sale. Lack of service after the sale I bought a 2014 Mazda 3 in October 2013. Twice, the car would not start. I also had a problem with the car creeping forward when stopped at a stopligh I bought a 2014 Mazda 3 in October 2013. Twice, the car would not start. I also had a problem with the car creeping forward when stopped at a stoplight. Twice I took the car into the Mazda dealership for service. Twice, I was turned away. The first time the service rep told he he knew nothing about Mazdas but everything about Nissans. Great except I had a Mazda and was at the Mazda dealership. The second time I took the car in I was told Paul Miller Mazda could only afford to hire 2 Mazda trained techs because they didn't sell enough Mazdas to afford hiring more. This was my 6th Mazda. I had bought 5 of them at Paul Miller Mazda. The second time I was turned away, I drove down the road to another dealership and three days later, traded my Mazda for a vehicle that amazingly starts and stops. I must say that Mazda sales manager Gary Settles tried to help. I should also say I never encountered a problem with the Ford service team. They were always great, prompt and got the job done right the first time. My problem was soley with the Mazda service department. More

(Ford) both worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. Edwin was very helpful from the initial phone call I made, inquiring about the vehicle, to the day of sale. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient in answering my questions regarding the vehicle's functions. Ken was most helpful with the overall sale of the vehicle. He made sure that all was ready with the Mazda following my paperwork. During which time, he made both me and my family feel welcome. I recommend both salesmen listed. More

A knowledgeable and patient young rep, he took the time to answer my questions and show me the "workings" of the car I chose. He also got me a pretty good deal. It had been years since I bought a car, and I knew absolutely nothing about the gadgets inside the car. Needless to say, I was quite impressed, not only with Matt but with all the staff I came in contact, but especially Matt Cornett. Both he and Bob were concerned with my well being and checked on me constantly. I especially liked that Matt was not pushy and allowed me to make up my own mind in my own time. As for the car I chose, a month later and I am still in love with it. Thanks Matt! More
