Mazda Loyalty I did not enjoy the fact that I had to ask for increase on my trade in value twice. I visited multiple dealerships and was offered the same price $550 I did not enjoy the fact that I had to ask for increase on my trade in value twice. I visited multiple dealerships and was offered the same price $5500. Yet at Paul Miller they offered me $500 less ,first time they only increased it by $250 after I asked what the reason was for this, they gave no clear anserw. I truly understand that it's a business and your guys did a good job but that there made me feel hustled. More

Purchased a new car Ken Finn goes out of his way to ensure his costumers are satified. Ken is honest, caring and a pleasure to do buisness with. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion and when I got it home, I shut the garage door on the bumper. The Ford Fusion is alot longer than the vehicle I previously owned. I called Ken and he immediately provided assistance in getting my car fix. I would highly recommend Ken to friend and family without hesitation! In addition, another saleman by the name of Ryan (not sure of last name - new to the job) seemed just as caring as Ken. Great buying experience for out of state buyer I found the truck I wanted online and send them an email about the truck over the weekend. Monday I got an email back that it had been sold. They asked me what I was looking for and I told them, two days later I got a call to check their site they might have something I want. I live 3 1/2 hrs away from their store and can't just drive right over. I talked over phone, email and text with Charlotte Riney about every aspect of the truck. She would send me pictures and answer every question I had about the truck. She was a great help and I can honestly say I feel like she is their to help the customer not the dealer! I'm the type of buyer who hates dealing with sales people who want to push things on you and not one time did that ever happen with Paul Miller. I looked at buying a truck from several dealers in TN, GA, NC, VA. I would tell anyone looking for a vehicle to call Charlotte!!! I picked up my truck Friday 1/30/15 Keith Jackson had it all ready to go even had it warmed up waiting by the door. More
