Rich Rumple was the nicest, kindest salesman I have ever met. It was late in the day but he took the time to show us the car we were interested in, going over a lot of the features before we took a test drive. We were not from Lexington and he gave great directions as to the best route to take in our test drive. He told us a lot of facts about the Mazda brand of car. After the purchase he even stayed with me until the car was ready because my husband had to leave. I feel he went way beyond what was expected of him as a salesman most would have just took my money and left. He gave us a tour of the dealership so I will know where to go to get an oil change, etc. We got excellent care and also RESPECT. I will be glad to recommend my friends and family. I am a very happy customer!!!!! More
