We drove to Lexington My wife and I arrived at the dealership 20 minutes before closing, yet received excellent service with no pressure whatsoever. We drove to Lexington from Louisville because the price on the vehicle was so good. Even though it was after hours, no one tried to rush our decision. We ended up closing the deal around 11:30 p.m., but Matt Cornett and Gary Settles would not let us leave until the gas tank was full and my phone was connected via bluetooth. Several years ago I bought a car from a dealership and swore it would never happen again. I am glad to say that the folks at Paul Miller Ford have replaced that memory with a much better one.
