Excellent Customer Service I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. And the salesman was excellent. He prepared the deal while I was at work, and by the time I got off wor I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. And the salesman was excellent. He prepared the deal while I was at work, and by the time I got off work and made it to the dealership. He had the deal and the car ready by the time I got there. All i had to do was sign and drive away. They included in my purchase a protection plan to put a protective clear coat on my car every 6 mos for the next 5 years as well as wheel and tire protection to where they fix my tires at no cost to me. He went above and beyond to find a car that had all the features, including paint color i was looking for with a payment that was within my budget guidelines. My next vehicle purchase will be made at Paul Miller Ford! More

Above and Beyond!!! Matthew Cornett is not only a great salesman, but a wonderful person as well! He was so very kind and courteous during the whole process, I knew I could trust him before I even met him. He gave me all of the info I needed to feel comfortable making the 3 plus hour trip to Lexington, and when I told him that the truck was out of my price range, he put in overtime to work with his boss and get me the best deal possible! As if that weren't enough, after I had bought the truck, I found out that I didn't have the key to the lock on the tailgate. Matt went above and beyond to contact the previous owner and have the key sent to me. I could not have asked for a more compassionate salesperson, in all honesty, until I met Matt, I wasn't sure such salesmen (or people for that matter) existed. The fact that he's a Veteran of our military just tops it off! If you ever need a car/truck, see Matt Cornett at Paul Miller Auto Group, he'll take care of you, I have no doubts! : ) More

Great Salesperson - TERRIBLE Sales Manager I went to Paul Miller's pre-owned lot to look specifically at an Acura I saw online. The car was exactly what I was looking for, but the price was a I went to Paul Miller's pre-owned lot to look specifically at an Acura I saw online. The car was exactly what I was looking for, but the price was a bit high, in my opinion. My salesperson, whose name I cannot remember and who does not appear in their current employee listing on this site, was quite nice and very helpful. I took a test drive and, a few days later, I came back with the intent of purchasing the car. My financing was already in order - we just needed to agree on a price. The salesperson eventually took me to meet Sales Manager Geoff Grimes, whose first words to me were, "What makes you think you can come in here and offer $2500 less than list price?". It went downhill from there. I tried to work with him. I gave a little. He gave a little. He was extremely rude throughout the negotiation - it's clear he tries to bully to get his price. At one point he told me he had one last question to ask me before he "kicked me off his lot". I know his type, so I ignored him and kept the negotiation going. Regardless, we just weren't getting to a place where we both were going to be satisfied - and I told him as much. I gave one final offer, which was $500 below his last price. Mr. Grimes threw all of his paperwork into the air and told me he was done with me. I spun on my heels and walked out the door without another word. The salesman came out on a golf cart and tried to talk me into taking the offer. I kept walking. Mr. Grimes walked out the door and yelled at me to "Hold up". I waited for him to catch up and he told me that he had been in this business for 20-odd years and he had never had a customer as rude and unprofessional as me (!). I was not at all rude to him. I was curt at times. I didn't wince at his bullying. I questioned his numbers at times and told him when I saw through his deceptions. I was not rude, though. I never raised my voice or used any crude language or anything of that sort. After his comment, I said, "Did you just chase me out into the parking lot to beat me up some more?". He backtracked and said something along the lines of "No hard feelings", but I just left. Geoff Grimes is the most rude, unprofessional jerk I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Paul Miller could do much better than this guy - and you can, too. I will never set foot on that lot again. If that's the kind of people they keep on staff, they are not a business worth my time, nor worthy of my hard-earned money. More
