He gave us the opportunity to drive different cars and pick from a variety of cars on their website. After the purchase, we were sent to the service center for them to diagnose a wheel noise. We were given a "concierge" named Brittany Keys that took very good care of us until everything was checked and repaired. They were very thorough and persistent. Last, but not least, they have a shuttle service that delivered me to my workplace and picked me up later. More
FANTASTIC service, with one caveat.. Car shopping has always been a nightmare for me, and this time I had my 4 year old son with me. Thankfully, we got Howard Kendrick, who I can't recommend enough. He's patient, kind, and truly had my best interests at heart. He helped me get a new Fusion at the lowest interest rate offered directly through Ford Finance. He matched me with the car I desired, all the way down to the price and color. I mentioned a caveat, and that comes when you get to signing finance paperwork. I got Chris Gillum, who endlessly pressured me to sign up for extended warranty service and GAP coverage. He kept lowering the price, I kept saying No. He made me feel guilty and it was quite unpleasant for me. In the end, I did accept the GAP coverage because I know it's a worthwhile investment. Sadly, Chris lied to me and said I got it at cost, but I literally watched him tack on an extra $100 to his cost price. Avoid Chris and I think you'll be happy with your results. Definitely ask for Howard....I'll keep coming back to him. More

Quick / Excellent Service!i I drove in on Saturday morning , 9am, for an oil change and found a long line ahead of me. I was informed of the wait time, approximately two hours, s I drove in on Saturday morning , 9am, for an oil change and found a long line ahead of me. I was informed of the wait time, approximately two hours, so I waited in the customer lounge. Free wi-fi, coffee and a couple free hot dogs later and I was on my way as promised. Happy customer! More
