She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me She did not give me the runaround like a lot of sales associates do she was straight to the point with me I was straight to the point with her and we was able to get me in a car that I was dying to have I would recommend Barb to anyone because she will get the job done with no hesitation. She took me to a sales professional by the name of Christopher Gillum at new cars show room .She introduced me and my husband to him. He welcomed us in with a great big smile and a firm handshake I knew that we were in good hands right from the beginning with this guy.My husband and Christopher talked about all the options that we could choose from.He was very informative on each of my options and answered all my questions much to my satisfaction. He managed to get me a lower interest rate which enabled me to get a better warranty on our new car without raising our monthly payment too much. It is rare to have a positive experience buying a new or used car. We had a great experience. Christopher was forthright and to the point. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we were getting a fair deal. He expedited our paperwork quickly and before we knew it we were finished. It was quick and easy and we got our mustang..
