My one critique is, it would have been nice if the dealership would have provided an owner’s manual for the 2013 Lexus RX 350 I bought as that is very necessary for proper functioning of the car. I shouldn’t have to go tracking one down on my own. Overall I would definitely recommend Paul Miller Ford Mazda and even use them again in the future if I’m in the market next time. More
