Paul Miller Service is second to none My vehicle needed extensive warranty work, and Jennifer went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. I cannot say enough about Jennifer's My vehicle needed extensive warranty work, and Jennifer went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. I cannot say enough about Jennifer's timely responsiveness, effective management of my ordeal, and overall attention to getting my vehicle back on the road ASAP. I wouldn't take my Ford anywhere else for service. Also, the location is very convenient... being relatively close to downtown. P.S. It makes me sad to see a 1-star review on Paul Miller on this site because they were too busy to change a battery immediately. Give me a break. They're busy because they are good at what they do! Negative Service Experience I was visiting from out-of-town, and experienced battery problems. I had to have my vehicle jump started, and brought my vehicle to the nearest Ford I was visiting from out-of-town, and experienced battery problems. I had to have my vehicle jump started, and brought my vehicle to the nearest Ford dealer, Paul Miller Ford, to have them replace the battery. They advised they were fully booked, and could not help me assist me until the following week. More
