My last visit was for Auto Butler and when Ernie told me it was ready and since it was very chilly that day he said he would have my 2017 Fusion pulled inside the service area so that it would be warm when I picked it up. In person service was good, but took 2 weeks to talk to anyo I needed an oil change and tried to call to schedule it for 2 weeks. I left messages on the answering machine twice, no response. I tried online scheduling at least twice, no response. I ended up calling a different department, and they walked over to Quick Lane and had them pick up my call. I am aware that appointments are not necessary, but last time I did not have an appointment, an oil change took over 3 hours. The person who finally answered and took care of me did a great job. Too bad it took so long to reach anyone. There are literally like 100 employees walking around Paul Miller at any given time. I was rushed off The phone without a detailed explanation of my vehicle issues and charged for a diagnosis on my car with the very minimum repair of a failed battery was overlooked by the service advisor. What else could have been overlooked?? This resulted in my decision to reach out to management. The service manager replaced my battery out of compassion and customer sevice. My car is less than 3 yrs old and was told I have a transmission problem. The repair price for the torque converter was the price of a new transmission($2600)!! I purchased my car in April of 2015. It is a 2014 Ford Escape. I have had recall repairs and wire harness repairs since purchasing this vehicle. I feel like a vehicle this young should not have an issues of this magnitude. This being my 1st Ford is showing me this will probably be my last. More
