Super service! I saw the car on the internet, and had about an 8-hour drive to get to the dealership. Everybody was great. The internet coordinator got with the salesman immediately to answer all of my questions, and he provided additional pictures and video. He even picked me up at the car rental place where I dropped off the rental car. The purchased vehicle was all detailed and ready to hit the road, even full of gas. Paperwork was all prepared, and I was in and out in under an hour. A terrific experience, and well worth the drive. Friendly, professional, no pressure. I'd definitely go back there when it's time for another car. More

Would not honor advertised internet price I responded to their listing of a 2018 Ford Escape on Cars.com with what was described as internet price including factory incentives. I was then con I responded to their listing of a 2018 Ford Escape on Cars.com with what was described as internet price including factory incentives. I was then contacted by this dealership and told the vehicle was available. I made an appointment and drove 2.75 hrs to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. The sales person presented me a price sheet that was roughly $3,000 more than the advertised price. When I presented a printout of the ad and asked what had changed, I was told that to get that price I would have to finance with Ford Credit at a high rate. I asked if I could pay cash and get the advertised price but was told no. I thanked them for their time and my wife and I drove 2.75 hrs home empty handed. Two days later, I responded to another internet priced ad ($100 more) from a different dealer for the same vehicle and they were happy to honor the price and take my money. They even found an additional discount that lowered their advertised price another $500. More
