Service on Ford Escape As always Rebecca was very welcoming and recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. However, I was expecting a $30.00 or so on an oil change not $245.00. I should have told them no, but i didn't. So not their fault. But that does not reflect the service I got. Its always exceptional service. Paul Miller Ford does an exceptional job in choosing their staff. Every one is friendly when you walk in the door. It also feels good to have the same person helping you every time you go into the service department. Rebecca you ROCK! Don't leave!!! More

Recently purchased a new Mazda I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful staff! I had many mechanical questions about the automobile I was interested in. There was I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful staff! I had many mechanical questions about the automobile I was interested in. There was very little they couldn’t answer. They even brought the lead tech from the service center over to answer any questions I had about maintenance and fluid specifications. Sean and Beau went out of their way to get us the best price and financing possible. More

A couple of agents/re I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion. My wife and I were so impressed with Caleb Causey. I came to Paul Miller this Saturday, February 3. A couple of agents/reps passes by and never even entertained or ask me a question.if i need something. I waited for few minutes, thinking in my mind that its just the same car sales company who doesn't know and value Customer Service. Initially, i was very disappointed. But after waiting for few minutes, a guy far from me waived and smile and approached me and my family. I told him i need a car for work, He got the plan, step by step, a well thought strategy. A perfect example of a a great Salesman. Impressive. It was not just about sales. He raises the bar about Customer Service. From Technical know-how, selling skills, building good customer relationships and making you feel special and important. He even provided me candies which i needed as I am diabetic. He cares with his customer.. This guy nailed it. I must say, he did a pretty excellent job. I can tell because I was in Sales too. Indeed, this guy is gifted. I hope all car sales rep is like him. I learned a lot. I told him I will be back and i will look for him when i trade my SUV for a new one. I encouraged everyone reading this reviews, Check Caleb!, 100% sure you will go out satisfied with your car and customer service. I am happy with Paul Miller.
