He listened without telling me what I should think or want. I drive a lot for my work and getting a good fit is really important with reliability and gas mileage. It's not an impulse buy but a necessity. Buying a car for me is like going to the dentist but with the added stress of being a very expensive purchase so I dread it. At Paul Miller, Eric did not drag this out and had everything ready for me when I came back. He even came into the dealership from his time off to go work out in order to assist me. His service makes buying a car more of a small town experience. He clearly wanted my business but also wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
