I am pleased with the respect they showed me an I purchased my Mazda 2 at Paul Miller Mazda on June 3 and my salesman, Clay Hundley, was very helpful. I am pleased with the respect they showed me and the effort the finance manager made to make my purchase happen. I requested a factory radio to replace the aftermarket one that was in the car, and at first was told that it could be done, then found out that it could not be done as the installation of the aftermarket radio had destroyed the OEM connections and that a factory radio/CD would no longer fit. The manager of the Top Shop, David Schmidt, took the time to adjust the current radio settings so that I am able to listen to my CD's and radio. Too many settings and complicated options the the aftermarket one for this 70 year old man to use. Since they could not install a radio, they instead are getting me a center arm rest. I think they went the extra mile in making me a happy customer and would return when I need another vehicle. More
