Our salesman, Paul Dragich, was awesome to deal with - honest, straight shooter, no xx or pressure tactics, and provided great service every step of the way. Paul spent a lot of time with my wife and I showing us the entire new and used truck inventory on the lot. Paul was very courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics and promised to price out a truck that would meet our requirements. My wife and I returned a couple days later to review the pricing and were able to work with Paul and management to negotiate a fair deal for the new truck. The next day the running boards and soft cover for the bed were installed and we picked up the truck. I appreciate the patience and extra effort Paul put in to show us all the features of the new truck and we were able to bring it home with a temporary registration. Early the following week the car was registered and I stopped by to meet with Paul to pick up the new plates and registration. Paul installed the new plates and handed us the new registration. It's been a very enjoyable experience thus far purchasing the new truck from Paul and dealing with the staff at this dealership. Highly recommend you consider purchasing a truck from Paul at this dealership. Job well done by all! More

Lied to throughout the whole process When I initially called to put a deposit on the vehicle, they already had a deposit from someone else. As a returning customer they said they would se When I initially called to put a deposit on the vehicle, they already had a deposit from someone else. As a returning customer they said they would search for the same vehicle for me. A week later I got a call saying they found one after looking day and night. It was $1,000 more than the first vehicle of the same model. Ready to buy it, I asked for the carfax and VIN#, just to find out it was the same vehicle I had initially tried to put a deposit on a week prior. They went back to the original price, saying it was an accident. Then I asked if there were any dents or scratches, they told me no. When I got to the dealership there were dents, scratches and chips on all sides of the vehicle. Someone had hit something, ruining the front left corner of the bumper. They offered $200 off after arguing all used vehicles are like that. Needing the work truck badly I bought it. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls, I still have not received the $100 deposit refund or the difference of the check I gave them and cost of the vehicle. Every time we speak they say they are going to mail it as soon as we’re off the phone. Miserable car buying experience, cannot believe they treat a returning customer like that. More
