He was very patient and helpful from day 1 until I drove off the lot with my new car a few weeks later. Aaron spend a great deal of time teaching me about my new car and showing me all the "bells and whistles" of the inside of the car. I never felt rushed and when I left, I felt that I knew a lot about my new car. JP was also wonderful when I went over the financial part of the purchase. Once again, at no time did I feel pressured. The waiting area is by far one of the best I have ever seen in a car dealership. They offer hot and cold drinks, snacks, fruits, candy and a lot more in a very large and comfortable waiting area. While we were on the test drive they looked at my trade and by the time we got back they had a number which was higher than any other dealer offered me. They gave me all the rebates I qualified for and I was done with everything in about 3 hours. The car buying experience was great. All my questions were answered clearly and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. J. P; in the finance office was also very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Gino was able to arrive before my appointment was over and explained all the features of my new car, how to use them and he also set up my blue tooth and on star services for me.
