The staff was very couteous and helpful, Tom took my information and showed me to a very comfortable waiting area where there were coffee and bagels available, large screen T.V.s and internet. In a little over one hour, Tom came to the waiting area to tell me that my car was ready, Over all, it was a great experience, and when my lease is up, I will return to Paul Conte Cadillac. More
Made appointment on a holiday (MLK Day) Drove right in and was interviewed by Tom. Wanted brakes inspected. This was done in a timely fashion while i waited in a comfortable custioned chair, having coffe and was interviewed by Tom. Wanted brakes inspected. This was done in a timely fashion while i waited in a comfortable custioned chair, having coffee and a bagel with vegitable cream cheese. After about an hour or so I was happy to find out my brakes were in excellent condition. Tom informed me that they also changed the oil, rotated the tires and fixed a small leak in the coolent system! All for no charge! Comfort, timely, friendly service and exta care in making sure everything is in excellent working condition in the vehicle. What more could anyone ask for? I will be with cadillac for a long long time! More
