The last time I purchased a Cadillac from a dealership, the salesman was not very knowledgable about the car. At Paul Conte, salesman John Emmett was extremely knowledgable of the Cadillac inventory. Even after the transaction, he still remains in contact asking if I have any questions regarding the vehicle. He has even offered to set up a appointment for me to come in and go over my questions. Quick deal was reached-it was just what I wanted-walk in and sign a deal within an hour. Upon delivery of vehicle, Giorgio went through all features of the vehicle with me and even helped me to register with Onstar Navigation. This was great because I did not have to spend hours reading the owner's manual. Last but not least, gave me a delicious cheesecake to celebrate with. Manager came over to introduce himself. Told me if I ever had a problem or question to come right in and he would be happy to help me(Kevin Bannon) I was even inroduced to Mr. Paul Conte himeself who was so sweet and told me to drive carefully! Wish I would have read these review before wasting 2days with this place. After wasting time with this dealer agreed on the price. Typical of a car salesman, went to sign papers, went thru credit check, gue with this place. After wasting time with this dealer agreed on the price. Tried to give me the run around and try to confuse me on the pricing and options until I noticed the price was more than $2,000 more than what we agrees on. Will never recommend them even if they begged me I would rather pay more than ever deal with them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! In a perfect world I would hope and rather them be honest and say they can't sell it for that price instead of outright lie. Thanks conte Cadillac for a BIG waste of time!!!!!!! More

I wanted to get the car from them because they are close to my home.He Gave a price I agreed to. Said deal had to be written that day. Made me wait 2 hrs to process then changed the pricing and bank fee on to my home.He Gave a price I agreed to. Said deal had to be written that day. I complained to management they said he made a mistake on the pricing and did nothing. I left and got the car from atlantic caddy in bayshore from Matt for a lower price and best of all no run around. More
I had a horrible experience trying to lease a car from this dealership. on sat 4/5/08 I stopped in to look at the Cadillac DST II and met the sales men Baldassare Campisi I told him I was interested in this dealership. on sat 4/5/08 I stopped in to look at the Cadillac DST II and met the sales men Baldassare Campisi I told him I was interested in leasing the floor model, after talking to his boss, Paul I guess the owner of this dealership he came back and told me I could lease the car for $618 a month with $2.800.00 down , I told him I would need to think about it he then told me if I took the deal that day he could do better I then told him I need to think about it till Mon on Mon 4/7/08 two days after I saw the car I called Mr Campisi and told him that I would take the car after holding on the phone for 15 min he came back and told me the he made a mistake and the car was now $755 a mouth and $3.475 down I asked to talk to his boss Paul I guess the owner of the dealership and was told by Paul the he made the mistake and that if I would have leased the car on sat he would have had to eat the mistake but now there is nothing he could do about it now . I never had such a lousy experience leasing a car, especially a Cadillac.and in a time of gasoline prices at record high and a recession on the way I don't think there knocking down the door to lease this car I would not ever do business with this dealer.
