I actually felt like this dealership wanteed to sell a vehicle. Vicky was outstanding and called us back several times with amswers to our questions before we even came to the dealer. Barry was outstanding as well and was very helpful with my concerns and question. Bob also was the same as Barry and Vicky and made the final process very easy. Bob even instructed me to give him paper work that I would normally have to do and he would send it out for me for a possible additional refund. I can honestly say I have bought many vehicles, too many to count, and I have never met a more friendly staff than the one at Paul Cerame. I knew I needed a bigger vehicle than my mustang. It was just hard for my 82yr old mother to get in and out of it, and to tell the truth it wasn't easy for me either.
