We came about a year ago and purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot. Because we were not able to get the truck we initially wanted, Robert gave us financial advise and prompted us to pay our truck note on time f Pilot. Well we took his advise, came back to the dealership a year later, and now we have the truck we initially wanted. He is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the company! He elaborated on everything he told me which helped me to understand all the information that was there for me to know. He left nothing out and told me everything about the car. He explained the different parts of the car of the car and what everything was. Mr. Thompson was very friendly while I sat and waited for my information to process he made sure that I knew everything that I needed to know and it helped. He helped me to understand why the price was what it was and he helped me with a price that I could work with and is able to pay my notes. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and that I knew what was going on. I wasn’t unsure about anything because anything I was unsure about all I had to do was ask him and he would make sure that I fully understood it.
