"Awesome!!!" Though I had a wonderful vehicle (2014 Honda Pilot with very low mileage) I decided to trade for a CR-V Touring because of the new safety features tha Though I had a wonderful vehicle (2014 Honda Pilot with very low mileage) I decided to trade for a CR-V Touring because of the new safety features that Honda now has. I submitted an inquiry & within a very short time I received a response from Alison Reggie, Honda Sales Person. Alison answered all of my questions fully & went over & above. I was first interested in one trim & Alison sent me a video. I then asked about another trim & Alison sent me another video. When I arrived at the dealership I was not prepared to trade at that time. However Alison absolutely MADE the sale. I highly recommend any Honda product and I highly recommend ALISON REGGIE at Patty Peck Honda. More

David, outstanding skill for purchasing over the phone.. I purchased a Honda CR-V over the phone. I am from Jackson, TN. This was my first auto over bought sight UN-seen. David proved that with great sales I purchased a Honda CR-V over the phone. I am from Jackson, TN. This was my first auto over bought sight UN-seen. David proved that with great sales abilities, and never "give-up attitude" , you can make a deal that works for the dealer and customer. David was able to keep his professional approach, with a caring attitude for his client. Hope that Patty Peck knows what a true asset that David is by the way he was always courteous to me and my wife, with all the phone conversations that was required to close the deal. Easiest car buying experience ever! Adam Washington is hands down the best! Turned the dreaded car buying experience into an absolute pleasure! I live about 2 hours from Patty Peck, but Adam Washington is hands down the best! Turned the dreaded car buying experience into an absolute pleasure! I live about 2 hours from Patty Peck, but it was totally worth the drive. Started as a quick email to request the e-price (which beat all the rest), and turned into videos answering all my questions regarding trim levels and features. Not only was my Pilot waiting for me, we were made to feel like we were already part of the Patty Peck family upon arrival. I can’t speak highly enough about Adam and Patty Peck! From start to finish...what a wonderful experience! More
