Very satisfied with new vehicle. Had some issues with the final price between myself and the GM. There seemed to be a lapse in communication with the initial offer I agreed upon with the sales representative final price between myself and the GM. I still got quite a good deal, but it was not the price I had initially negotiated with the sales representative. These things happen, but none the less, the sales representative, Mr. Smith, and the financial consultant, Mr. Crawford, were very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience at Patterson Honda was a pleasant one. One additional thing I would like to note; there was a you a young lady that sanitized the entire show room while we were there, and I greatly appreciated that effort. I don’t recall her name, but it was a very nice thing she was doing given the times we live in. More
