I made an appointment at 11:30am to have an oil changed and the alignment checked on my vehicle. I showed up about 3 minutes early and was soon greeted by the service employee. He got my info, explained where the waiting room was, and we went on our way. I had my two boys ages 3 and 4, as well as my newborn baby. We patiently waited in the play room for about an hour. Toys were provided, but the TV didn’t work. A little after 12:30pm, the service employee came into the room and gave me the update on what they recommended to be fixed or updated on the vehicle. After confirming that we just wanted a list with what needed to be done and the price of each item, the employee went on his way. I thought for sure that he would be back within a couple minutes to tell me that my car was done. (Everything that he had updated me on was all extra things from what I came to accomplish that day). After waiting for another 20 minutes, I went and found different service gentleman and asked him what the time frame was on my vehicle. He went back to check and returned only to tell me that my vehicle would be another 40 minutes. I was shocked! By this point, it was already 1:10pm. We had been there almost two hours, my kids and I were starving and had already made lunch plans, and they were getting quite bored of being in the small play room and the toys. (Again, there was a TV but it didn’t work). I was a little irritated and hangry and this point and so I waited for the original service guy who helped me to come back to his desk. When he returned, I approached him and asked about the time frame on my car. He went on to explain that the alignment takes an hour and a half and the oil change takes 30-45 minutes, so they were right on track for timeframe… I’ve never had either of those things take that long before… Nor was I told a time frame when I dropped my car off and informed the guy that I would be waiting. He also made the comment of “well I can’t give your back your car half done…” which irritated me further. I ended up having my husband bring us lunch which caused him to get behind on his work schedule and didn’t leave the facility until 2:30pm. I had been there for 3 hours with my three young boys only to find out at the very end that they couldn’t even do the alignment after all that… It was extremely frustrating and could’ve been handled a lot better. Their communication with me and the process could’ve been a lot better and I should’ve been checked on at least once or twice by a receptionist to see if I needed anything. Definitely won’t be coming back to have my vehicle serviced here More
