I took my 2018 odyssey in to the service department and everyone was so friendly and helpful. While I was there I looked at a 2021 Odyssey and was able to work with the sales reps and again so helpful and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything about my experience was terrible. Was told the wrong interest info right off the bat, when I picked my car up it was not “detailed” it was dusty on the inside and muddy water spots on the inside o wrong interest info right off the bat, when I picked my car up it was not “detailed” it was dusty on the inside and muddy water spots on the inside of the door where you open it. When I had it for less than 20 mins I noticed a deep scratch on the back bumper as well as a scratched rim. Brought it back right then and the sales manager was arguing with me about everything. He never called with updates himself, he got his brand new salesman to be the middle man and I feel as a supervisor myself, he should have taken charge and made sure I was ultimately satisfied. Waited a week and finally got my car back. The finance dept got all of my financing info wrong so the salesman had to meet me to resign everything. I never received a copy of all of the paperwork so I asked it be emailed on a Wednesday. My husband called and spoke to the finance guy emailing it personally on Thursday and it still never got sent. After speaking with him on SATURDAY it finally got sent. I am convinced that Honda establishment has never sold a car before. Literally everything about my experience was terrible. This is my 3rd brand new civic to own and I have never had trouble like this. I will never come to Patterson Honda again. More
