Kay worked hard to find us just the right car! We went in wanting to compare two vehicles, Kay was patient letting us test drive both vehicles, allowing us to talk privately to make the decision. The buying experience left a little to be desired. Fili Hernandez was very professional, couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Your manager I can't brag on very much. When my salesperson approached him about putting tires on the vehicle, which I don't think would have passed DOT inspection and one was flat preventing me from a test drive, I could see in his office well enough that his body language showed he wasn't very receptive. I was told that each vehicle went through a number of points, can't remember how many now, inspection, but as of today I know your program needs some serious attention. I was checking the air filter it was terribly dirty. I don't know what else I'll find that was supposed to be checked under your so called inspection. I also found your detail department didn't do a very good job either. You would think by having the truck for a week and a day tires could have been put on and a better job done detailing the vehicle. The finance manager, Joey Lara showed impeccable professionalism, was happy to do business with him. Don't know the sales manager name, so I guess that saves him from a bad rating. More
