I went there because I had several warning light that came on. It was my understanding that they were going to fix all lights. When I picked it up and paid 1400 dollars they had not changed to oil. The truck I was forced to drive for the four days cost me an average of 80 dollars a day to drive on my route. The parts were late coming in causing the extra two days of truck driving. I am still upset as you can tell. I’m a hard working person who has bills to pay just like everyone else and when I saw that Pattersons changes an equipment fee I exploded. I hope this car is fixed for a while because frankly I don’t ever want to see your business again. Of course the way you built these cars now a days I’m forced to take it back unless I buy another car which I am looking. More
