Even the employees that were not working on our deal were so nice and making sure our sales person knew we had arrived at the dealership. Kevin , the General Sales Manager personally came out and explained to us the numbers on the vehicle we were trading and said he would do what it takes to get our business. Lori Witt McArthur who was our sales person worked to get us the deal we needed and got us in the vehicle we wanted. She told us as much as she could about our New CRv. She was a great help. RaChad Moreland in finance was awesome. Explained each paper we signed and made sure we understood what it was. He moved some things around to get what we wanted. Michelle Schenck stayed an hour after closing time to explain each feature that came on the car from showing us how the auto start works to the Bluetooth capabilities and everything in between. She was a great help in figuring out all the technology that comes on a new car. Overall the staff was very helpful and the dealership was exceptionally clean. Would recommend Patterson Honda in Wichita Falls, Texas to anybody looking for a New or used car. We will definitely be going back again. More

Shady I went to this dealership when I was stationed in Wichita falls. They charged me for a warranty without telling me. I will ALWAYS trade at Pattersons! I am a widow and unaccustomed to purchasing a car on my own, however, this is the 2nd car I have purchased from Patterson's. The sales representative spent a great deal of time with us to make sure our needs were met and we purchased a new vehicle. There are so many new bells and whistles on the 2017 CR-V that he spent a great deal of time helping us set up the features and showing us how everything works. This is our second vehicle purchased from Patterson Honda and we have been very happy with their service after the sale. We are treated as VIPs. More

Very little Customer Service after the sale. I went to the dealership after leasing a Honda Accord for this dealership to inquire about why Honda Financial was late in sending me account informat I went to the dealership after leasing a Honda Accord for this dealership to inquire about why Honda Financial was late in sending me account information on the lease. I could not get any reasonable assistance from the financial people, but did treat my visit for information with political jokes and apparently considered my business with them a joke. The salesman, David Croft made promises he has not been able to keep. Has not fulfilled them as I write this review (11/28/2016). The lease sale was made 10/24/2016. The financial people made statements that were not true in response to my inquires and they just gave me an 800# for Honda and said that I should talk to Honda as to why they did not have my paper work completed and that they (the dealership)were not responsible to me anymore. When I called Honda I discovered the mess they made with the paper work. Then with the assistance of the General Manager, Kevin Delcambre and his explanation, I was able to get justification.
