Every time I would come in to get my car serviced Rob would always greet me and let me know whenever I was in search of a new vehicle to let him know. I contacted him and scheduled my appointment to purc would always greet me and let me know whenever I was in search of a new vehicle to let him know. I contacted him and scheduled my appointment to purchase a new vehicle. Before my appointment he asked what I was in the market for and had a SUV waiting for me to test drive. He also had another customer he was dealing with there as well. He asked who I felt comfortable with to help me while he was going back and forth between myself and the other customer. So Ricardo stepped in to help as well. Rob continued to stop by and make sure everything was being handled to my liking and asked if I needed anything from him. I loved that he knew I wanted to make the process as smooth and fast as possible. Overall I had a great experience dealing with Rob and Ricardo! They are both great with the kids if you bring yours in. Offered beverages and snacks. Rob showed me all the new features that came with my CR-V! My son loved the Rob sticker that was hidden in the door frame as well as the bag of goodies! The air freshener is a quick reference to who sold me the car and everyone has loved it!
