Getting back to the office Will was free and they both sat with me, were polite, extremely knowledgeable and courteous! I never felt rushed and we were able to agree on what I wanted, what I was comfortable spending and because of the incoming rain, set me up for Monday to get the car detailed! They both called me the next day to see if I had any questions, concerns or needs. They made me feel important and part Of the family!! They are simply the BEST!!!! He went so far as to help me test drive a car I had my eye on at a differing Patterson dealership, He went with me to show my husband three different cars. I feel he truely wanted to help me get in the car that is right for our needs. I decided, in the end, to go with a Honda. Honda’s are very reliable. The negotiation process was reasonable and fairly quick, because Kevin took time to understand our needs. I would certainly recommend Kevin to others who are looking to buy! More
