Terrible customer service !! I had been talking to the internet sales. 3or 4 times during the week . Got pre approved from my back . Called Saturday morning before I started my hour and a half drive check if truck was still available, and she checked. . “We still have it come on “ I drive an hour and a half . I get to dealership . Sorry we sold it an hour ago !! Two different sales people knew I was coming. No call to let me know it’s sold . They wouldn’t let me talked to Elisabeth Cruze . That had me drive a 100 miles to but a truck that wasn’t available!! Don’t trust PATTERSON HONDA!!! They are liars!!! This place suck !!! More
