Submitted a $1,000.00 deposit via credit card and texted Chris about adding additional accessories to the vehicle. However, the next day, management called to tell me that someone else placed a deposit on the car before me....really... after two verifications that the car was available...Anyway, their remorse did not help me find a similar vehicle at the price I agreed to pay and then when they expected me to pay the dealer trade fee for a replacement vehicle, I moved on. Unfortunately, Chris lost the sale because management blew it for him and me. More
