Over the past twenty plus years my wife and I have bought six Subaru autos from Corey Creteau. When we first met we could sense that Corey was someone we could trust and know that we were getting the best d six Subaru autos from Corey Creteau. Corey has continued to give us sound advice on our car needs and has often checked in with us over the years on how we were doing with our cars. He is right on top of things and suggests advantages and otherwise on all aspects of when and why a certain model best suits our needs. When we moved to New Hampshire over a year ago we recently reached out to him on advice regarding extending our warranty on our 2018 Outback. He made good suggestions to us and also raised the idea of our getting a 2021 outback from Patriot. He then worked things out for us and even delivered a new Outback to us in Keene, NH. He is always most helpful and we greatly appreciate all the things that he has done for us over the years. We would also like to go on the record on how much we have appreciated many of the staff and the service department at Patriot. David Shoemaker has also been superb in assisting us in several key areas with our car purchases. Finally, we have often mentioned to our friends about how professional and helpful Corey is and they have found him to be super to work with. Who likes buying and selling cars? Pfft, not this gal that's for sure. However the clutch was finally failing on my current WRX and I got the idea to consider trading it in toward a new one. So when I used Patriot Subaru's website to do a quick check on my trade-in value, and they started texting me immediately, I blew them off. Until someone there recognized my name due to a personal connection, and reached out again. Blown away by what a small world it is, I agree to set up an appointment to come in and crunch numbers. And I'm so happy I did! Rob Wells was my sales guy, and I actually had a blast chatting with him through the process. We laughed a ton, and even his coworker was jumping in the convo and laughing with us. You can tell they have a great work culture there, because everyone actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. I told Rob how much I hate dealing with cars, and I really didn't want to deal with any of this. And the good news is, I didn't have to deal with a thing. They literally handled everything top to bottom. At the very last minute, I thought to ask about the tires on the car. They were summer tires. In December. I told them I wasn't driving away with summer tires, because that was something I would have to deal with. (Seriously y'all, I hate dealing with car xxxx). So Rob did a last-minute finagle to get me all-seasons, set me up an appointment to have them put on, and even offered to sell the summer tires *for* me (I didn't want them, and I had no place to store them). xxx, now THAT'S some pretty epic service! Honestly it was the least painful car buying experience of my life And the only car salespeople I've ever dealt with that acted more like they are having a good time, than preying on me. I would and will buy from here again in a second. So go see them. Do the thing. Ask for Rob. 10/10 would recommend. More

I just purchased my second Forester from Patriot Subaru and would never go to another dealer. They are helpful, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to get you in the vehicle you want.
