Our saleswoman, Betty, gave us great service, explained different options, and even waited patiently for us to do some research online to confirm market value and financing though other sources. We walked out happy with keys in our hand, and would go back with no hesitation-they even helped me pull my ski rack off of my trade-in at no extra charge! More

Women were not taken seriously and if there was a husband, all discussion was directed toward him. Negotiating for the best price was not a problem at Patriot. They were respectful and friendly at all times. In fact we were also negotiating with another dealer also and we felt at ease discussing with Betty the pros and cons of each dealership. I certainly would recommend Patriot Subaru and Elizabeth (Betty) Husted as a representative. She gets an A from me. More

I appreciated the professionalism and care they took with making sure buying from them wouldn't be a mistake. I finally made the switch from a Honda to a Subaru and I couldn't be happier. So happy I bought my new Outback with Patriot Subaru! I am a first time Subaru owner, and I was so nervous about buying a new car after having owned my last car for 13 years. But my experience with Patriot Subaru eased any concerns I had. The team had the whole process completed in one afternoon, and they worked right up until closing on a Sunday evening to make sure we did everything I needed to pick up the car the next day. My sales rep, Paul Jr., was so incredibly friendly right off the bat. He took the time to really assess what I was looking for in a model, and met what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy like other auto salespersons I had encountered before, and took me seriously. I had visited 1 previous Subaru dealership prior to Patriot Subaru, and Paul Jr's customer service blew the other Subaru dealership out of the water. Also, the dealership's lifetime powertrain warranty can't be beat! I'm recommending Patriot Subaru to all of my friends and family who are looking for cars in the future! More
