His help allowed me to compare options in the various models that I looked at and I was able to find the one that is right for me. I originally was looking for an Outback Wilderness, but the Onyx XT has the features that attracted me to the Wilderness and also has features that I would have missed in the Wilderness. We had previous experience at Patriot because we took our 2013 Forester there for service. They always do an awesome job in service and are totally focused on the customer being happy and satisfied. Upon entering the Sales Floor we met George Gamache our Sales Rep. George did a fantastic job and was a lot of fun. We never felt the least bit of pressure. Really he was more like a research consultant guiding us thru a process that is normally challenging. One of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had! We would recommend this Dealership unconditionally. They were 5 Star all the way! Btw, Subaru makes great cars! This is our third Forester and we’ve never been disappointed! Jack and Diane More
After I wrote the initial review. They called me the next day and offered to take my car and give a loaner car. I accepted it. Changed the rating to 4 star. ******************* I usually don't leave negative feedback unless it is really ridiculous. I had my car in on Monday for a routine maintenance and they did a wheel rotation on it. The next day, I felt a vibration when I was on the highway. I waited another day and felt the same thing on Wednesday. I called them. The earliest appointment they could give me was next week. They said they had to do a full diagnosis to determine the problem. I told them my car was fine and only started to have problems after they touched it. I was worried the wheels were not put on right and one of the wheels could come off on the highway. They said they understood but nothing else they could do. They were busy and could not even take me any earlier. If I wanted the wheels to be looked at, it will cost 100 something bucks. More
Yesterday I bought an Outback Touring XT from Patriots Subaru without any sales regret from either the process or the price, or the choice of vehicle, but most certainly none from my choice of buying from Subaru without any sales regret from either the process or the price, or the choice of vehicle, but most certainly none from my choice of buying from Patriots Subaru for the third consecutive well-equipped limited or Touring outback. In transparency, I searched the best deal in every Subaru dealership in Mass and RI to see if anyone could approach the sales environment and process of Patriots. None could. Matt, the sales manager, matched the best price for a Touring and gave me a FAIR and reasonable price on my 2018 Subaru Limited. Corinne Fox, a suiting name, was a no-nonsense and knowledgeable salesperson who answered my every question and took calls during all hours of the day to negotiate the deal. I would strongly recommend Corinne to any person considering buying from Patriots. Her professionalism is founded in her demeanor, knowledge, and kind interactions, all of which make buying a pleasant experience. She is the entire package of someone you'd hope to assist you in the buying process. Matt is fair, efficient, and, most of all, honest. He plays no games and wants your business in a win-win scenario. I got the impression if I lost, he lost, and he knew if he lost, I lost. It is the way business should be conducted. I found other dealers will rob Peter to pay Paul - I mean, they will drop far below MSRP only to reduce your trade-in value. Matt explains all he is doing, and a sophisticated buyer ( I am 59 and have bought many cars, and my father sold cars for 40 years) understands the fair mechanics of a sale. But I don't only come to buy Subaru after Subaru after Subaru, more so I travel 40 miles for every scheduled and unscheduled service because of the excellent service department with Nikki (my service agent) and Cliff (service dept mgr). I completely trust the service department to keep my car reliable, safe and running, and without the backdoor operating so efficiently, I would never enter the front to buy anything. And you see, that is the beauty of Patriots Subaru. It has everything: people, inventory, service, fair deals, and management that believes if they can sell you one Subaru, they got you for life. And they do. I love my dealer - Patriots Subaru. More
Worked with John Rappa to get a new Forester and trade in my Crosstrek. My 3rd time buying from Patriot and its always a good experience.
