I was told they would find out why my car keeps throwing codes and would do a detail. Neither was done. codes and would do a detail. Neither was done. More
Found used truck I liked at good price. Paperwork and financing were pretty poor communication. I asked numerous times what interest rates were. Didn’t back to me for couple hours after my Paperwork and financing were pretty poor communication. I asked numerous times what interest rates were. Didn’t back to me for couple hours after my credit union was closed. Everything had to wait another day. It took 2 workers and 5 emails to send purchase agreement to credit union. Standard piece of paper. They included a full detail with truck since I bought before it got detailed and listed. Went back week later. Beautiful job on outside and didn’t touch the inside at all. Don’t list it as a full detail and not do the job. Up for debate if I would go back. Probably use a different dealer for service. More
HORRIBLE Dealership! I had an agreement to purchase a used VW Tiguan from this dealer, I had the purchase agreement, a check from my bank, and an appointment to pick up I had an agreement to purchase a used VW Tiguan from this dealer, I had the purchase agreement, a check from my bank, and an appointment to pick up the car on a Friday at 4pm. I told all the staff that I spoke with it was a 6-hour drive for me to get this vehicle repeatedly. I showed up at 3pm on the agreed-upon date, and when I found the salesperson, he got quiet and said he'd be back. After sitting there for 10 minutes the General Sales Manager Travis Kizzire came up to me and said they sold it the day before, but it was a good thing that I didn't buy it as they just got a call that the engine blew. He then lied and told me that they had repeatedly tried to call me and email me. They did not. I walked out of the dealership to get my friend who had driven me down to get the car and told her what had happened. We went back in to talk to someone, it seemed most of the sales team had left the showroom at that point. We spoke with Jay Scott the Finance Manager and told him what happened and that I was stranded in Iowa 6 hours from home. My friend was dropping me off to get the car. Jay checked the records to see if the sales team had contacted me and found that they never tried contacting me and that Travis had indeed lied to me. Jay tried to find me a rental car so I could at least go home. At some point, Travis the sales manager came back into the showroom and I could tell from his face he was shocked to see me. While Jay was calling to several car rental places trying to find me a car, Travis at one point came up to me and was very rude and cocky telling me that it was my fault, they had tried calling me and couldn't get ahold of me. When I told him their system showed there was no calls or emails, he got quiet and walked away. He then disappeared for the rest of the time I was trying to find a way home. He went and hid from me! Jay tried to find a rental car for me for two hours without any luck. He was very nice and helpful while the sales manager Travis was useless. After I left, my boyfriend called and got ahold of Travis who then changed his tune and wanted to help me. Travis wouldn't talk or help a woman, but if a man is upset he'll do what he can to help then. I was supposed to call Travis the next morning when he got in a 9 am. I called the dealership at 9:03 am the next morning and Travis wasn't available so I left a message with his sales team. Around 9:18 am Travis sent me a nasty text message saying I was supposed to call him and he was waiting to hear from me. I immediately called him back and of course no answer, so I texted back saying I had left a message right away. When he called back he was still rude and said he was trying to find me a rental car. WHERE WAS HE THE DAY BEFORE????? After going round and round, with no ride to get to a car rental place he agreed to send me a check for $500.00 to cover some of my expenses. TWO DAYS OF MISSED WORK! He said that the check would be overnighted on Monday. Wednesday I still had no check. I texted him, and he sent a photo of a check saying he had to cut another check, he never cut one in the first place! On Friday a lady called to get my address, which was already given first for the sale of a car I was never able to purchase, and two for cutting the check in the first place. I asked if it would be overnighted, and she said no just in the mail. TWO WEEKS LATER, I finally got a check for $500 that did not cover my expenses for travel, stress, missed weekend, and missed work. And still no car. Jay Scott the finance manager did call me on Monday following the weekend being stranded in Iowa to make sure I had made it home ok. He is a good guy, and should be working at a better dealership. As for Travis Kizzire, the General Sales Manager, he lied to me, was rude, and condescending. I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! More
Quality work and a great staff. Staff in the office were friendly, flexible and respectful. The same goes for the technicians I talked to. A very good experience. Staff in the office were friendly, flexible and respectful. The same goes for the technicians I talked to. A very good experience. More
