I live 4 hours away so all of the communication was done thru text and phone calls. Bo was spot on with his description of the vehicle and was very patient working with us as we had our own lender. I saved over $10000 by driving to Merriville versus purchasing the same year w more miles and not having the video package on the QX60 in Indianapolis or my home town of Louisville.
