Unlike so many other dealers who play games, Charles the GM, Eric the salesman, and the other crew at Bermans I dealt with are professional, courteous, and they back up their talk with action. They don't mess around when they say they'll take care of you. I can tell you with confidence they absolutely will. I scoured the web for weeks trying to find the perfect 2012 QX56. I dealt with numerous dealerships by phone and email and I thought I found a great vehicle about 40 miles from me. Of course, that dealer was playing the game and changed the price on me. Needing to buy a vehicle by 12/31, I called Charles the GM on 12/29 and told him what I was looking for at the price I needed. He assured me he'd find it and he absolutely did. Not only did he find a great vehicle, but when it was delivered to his dealership he took one look at the tires and told me he'd replace them. He said he'd detail the vehicle and have it ready by Saturday, 1/2. I walked into the dealership to find the vehicle looking like a brand new vehicle. Charles stuck to his word and replaced all four tires with Bridgestones at no cost. He assured me that I'd love the way the vehicle was detailed and taken care of and he was right. Eric, the salesperson was extremely accommodating and took care of me like family. They gave me a great deal on this vehicle. These guys simply want to know what it will take to create a customer for life and they deliver. More

Certified preowned Infiniti purchase Amazing dealership. I researched certified preowned Infinitis for awhile in Chicago and the surrounding areas before getting referred to Merrillville' Amazing dealership. I researched certified preowned Infinitis for awhile in Chicago and the surrounding areas before getting referred to Merrillville's Infiniti. Charles the sales manager (as well as the other sales staff and finance manager) took great care and patience to get me into the "perfect" car at the best price with certification and an extended Infiniti bumper to bumper warranty. They even delivered the vehicle to my home in Chicago and kept in touch to make sure I was happy. The car is beautiful and both looks and feels like a brand new car. Honest, respectable, no nonsense dealership. Highly recommend! More
Used Car Purchase Berman's Infiniti team was great! Brittany was our sales person, and she was very genuine and helped us out by answering our questions. If she did not have an answer she was able to obtain it from management. She made us feel at ease and comfortable. Frank also helped in assuring us that if there was an issue with the car (scratches since it was a used car we were buying), the issue would get fixed. Jordan was also thorough in explaining the price and trying to give us a fair deal. Finally, Greg finalized our transaction and handed our keys to our new Civic-all while both my husband and Greg reminisced about Allman Bros and their music-fun times! Roy & Maria More

This is the closest dealership to my residence spoke with them on Tuesday and Wednesday about issues I was having with my car. The service manager Tony said they would be available to pick my car up Friday morning. Friday comes and no pick up!! I call to speak with them and they completely change the store saying they thought I meant I would be dropping it off frustrated because I need the service done I ask when is their next earliest. He explains he can't pick it up till Monday then states if it's only the brakes I don't have to bring it an Infiniti dealership because after all I do drive an infiniti I can take it somewhere else to have the work done. First who makes a mistake and instead of rectifying the problem suggest that you take your car to Gates Chevy World to have your repairs done. I wouldn't want anybody working for my company that suggests you go to the competition for repairs. Very disappointed More
Horrible Experience! Steer Clear! Awful experience from the get go. I should have walked away when I had the chance. Tried completely ripping my off on my trade-in value of a nearly new truck. Then tried rolling my trade equity into the purchase price of a "sign and drive" lease? I walked out on the deal but was followed into the parking lot by used car manager. They agreed to my terms but then just had more excuses and car dealer jargon when my trade equity check did not arrive within the promised two week time frame. Business manager used foul, inappropriate language with me and my wife while I was foolishly signing the paperwork. If you want to play creepy car dealer games with these "managers" then go right ahead. If I had it to do over I would have run, not walked out of their front door. Stay away!! More
