The dealership was like any other, they wanted to get rid of the vehicle and make as much profit as possible. The vehicle had alot more issues than what was advertised. Although it stopped working after a we of the vehicle and make as much profit as possible. The vehicle had alot more issues than what was advertised. Although it stopped working after a week. We changed the battery and alternator in order to get use out of it. The experience could of been worse. I have a working vehicle now, so I only dock one star because of the lack of transparency. Rocky Black the finance manager, Jeff and Paul- I can't say enough good things about! We're in Texas and bought a Ram 3500 through them that we financed commercially for our business. We were nothing but a say enough good things about! We're in Texas and bought a Ram 3500 through them that we financed commercially for our business. We were nothing but a thorn in their side for everything that had to be done but they went above and beyond to make everything happen. From getting a gooseneck installed, dealing with our trade in, working with our own finance guy, to getting the truck weighed they did more than they had to and worked their tails off! We will definitely keep an eye on their inventory in the future and buy from y'all again because I know the job will get done right and without a fuss. Best dealership experience I've ever had.
